Monitoring & Alarm Response
Protection Pacific Security maintains its own ASIAL certified 24 hour monitoring centre. This facility is our customers primary contact point and controls our alarm monitoring and patrol response to events. We can inform you if you alarm is not turned on by the required time or that a staff member has accessed your site outside an agreed curfew.
Automated open/close reports emailed to you on a weekly basis can be a successful management tool. Customers that have transferred to our facility from elsewhere say that our service is more personalised and that we have a greater understanding in applying security to how they choose to operate their business.
As a result of the relationships we have developed with our customers we know monitor alarms throughout Australia via digital communicator, GPRS Permaconn and Telstra Secure.
